Design, grading, hardscape, planting, irrigation and lighting — handled together, so the pieces actually fit each other.
Hardscape
Pavers, patios, concrete, retaining walls, steps and seat walls. Built on the right base, so it stays flat and stays put.
Artificial turf
Turf that drains, holds its shape, and doesn’t go flat after two summers. Proper base, proper edging, no seams showing.
Also: drainage, irrigation, low-voltage lighting, planting and sod, fire features, outdoor kitchens.

What does a backyard remodel cost?
It depends on the size of the yard and what goes in it — a patio and turf is a very different number than a full remodel with walls, drainage and lighting. On the 15-minute call we give you a realistic range for your yard before you spend anything. We’d rather tell you early that it isn’t the right time than sell you something that isn’t right.
Is the financing really $0 down?
Yes. 100% of the project can be financed, the loans are unsecured so there’s no lien on your home, and the first payment comes a month after your project is finished. There’s no penalty if you pay it off early. Financing through third-party lending partners, on approved credit.
How long does it take?
That depends on the yard — turf and a patio is a different job from a full remodel with walls and drainage. Most yards are measured in weeks on site, not months, and you get the schedule in writing before we start, not after.
Do I need a design first?
No. Most people come to us with photos and a rough idea. We handle the design as part of the project, so you’re not hiring two companies and hoping they agree with each other.
Do you handle permits?
Where a permit is needed — retaining walls over a certain height, gas lines, electrical — we handle it. Most planting, turf and paver work doesn’t need one.
